2. Refund & Reassessment Policy

  • Full refund if canceled 24 hours before the scheduled inspection.

  • 50% refund if canceled on the same day (to cover travel and admin costs).

🔹 If a report contains errors

  • If you believe our report is inaccurate or missing critical details, we will review and reassess the vehicle at no extra charge.

  • Refunds will only be considered if there is clear proof of a major oversight in our evaluation.
